Indoor workouts

If you’re like me and you’ve been eating a lot, like really a lot during Covid then hopefully you’re also like me and been doing indoor and outdoor workouts. Here are some things I need for keeping my body healthy and happy.

 
Post working recovery is very important and those of you that know me know that I have had knee problems for the last year. This freeze sleeve is the best “ice pack” I’ve ever found. It’s not actually ice, but just as cold. Be sure to pick the size that is right for you.

 

 

This yoga mat has yoga positions on it! can’t get easier than that. Do yoga, but start slowly.
